Facebook Inc. (NASDAQ:FB) CEO Convinced for Opening Research Center in Moscow

Facebook Inc. (NASDAQ:FB) CEO Mark Zukerberg  convinced to open research center in Russia, according to a Russian official.
It was being tweeted by Russia’s communications minister that Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev persuaded the social networking giant’s founder Mark Zukerberg on Monday to abandon plans to open a research center away from Russia and now Facebook Inc. will open a research center in Moscow.
Facebook Inc. (NASDAQ:FB) CEO visiting Russia as a part of a World tour to haunt for new talent. From Russia, Facebook has roughly 9 million users and two of Facebook’s largest investors are Russian.
Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has did lot for tech-friendly works in the country to make tech image since launching his modernization program. Medvedev and Zuckerberg talked about Facebook Inc. (FB)’s role in politics, especially its importance in the American presidential campaign, according to Mr. Medvedev’s press office.
Facebook  is also intended to play a role in Russia politics as a tool for posting silly party pictures and a tool for political organizing.
Their meeting lasted for 20 minutes and they also discussed about copyright rules and high-tech business, Mr. Zuckerberg also gave a T-shirt to the Russian leader.
Facebook Inc. (FB) may not be the only social media stock that is bringing smiles to the faces of traders and investors in recent days. Like Facebook Inc. (FB) shares of LinkedIn also gained. Facebook Inc. (FB) was one of the best performers that bounce on Friday after the announcement of its new retail features known as Facebook Gift.
